At TechFusion, we are focused on successfully achieving the goals set for our next release. Each team member is working on their respective areas, ensuring that everything goes according to plan.
Our main focus at the moment is to optimize internal processes and improve the integration of our online store, which is already in full development.
What did we do and what problems did we solve?
Our main challenge in this first phase was to put the work structure in place. Matias Urrutia, our General Manager, has done an excellent job coordinating tasks so that we are all aligned with the company's vision. Meanwhile, Bastián Jorquera, our sales crack, was in charge of finding clients and maintaining good relationships with them. Hans Sandoval, in charge of purchasing, made sure that everything we need is always on time and within budget. And finally, Brayan Erickson, our technology expert, has been hands-on with the development of our website so that everything works like a charm.
We had some technical issues integrating certain modules for our online store, but with the team's efforts, we managed to resolve them and move forward. Nothing stopping us!
How do we distribute the work?
We organize ourselves according to each one's strengths.
